1. ELECTROPHORETIC PURITY
-Single band on SDS-gel electrophoresis (MW ~56kDa)

2. PHYSICOCHEMICAL PROPERTIES
pH Optima: 3.5
pH Stability: 3.0-8.0
Temperature Optima: 80°C
Temperature Stability: 50°-70°C

3. STORAGE CONDITIONS
The enzyme should be stored at -20°C. For assay, this enzyme should be diluted in 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0). Swirl to mix the enzyme immediately prior to use.
